Victoria University
Victoria University engaged Ecologiq as its Owner’s Engineer to support a strategic energy-upgrade initiative across key metropolitan campuses. Our role covered the full lifecycle of technical due-diligence, procurement support and project oversight ensuring all decisions were grounded in accurate engineering data, risk awareness and long-term operational value.
Our engineers completed detailed structural and electrical inspections across multiple campuses, identifying load capacity, switchboard readiness, cable-routing constraints and roof-mounting limitations. We prepared the full tender package and supported evaluation by reviewing technical submissions and identifying gaps.
Further, a complete commercial model including capital costs, ROI and lifecycle savings enabled Victoria University to make a confident, evidence-based investment decision.
