Southern Cross Unviersity Lismore
Southern Cross University engaged Ecologiq to deliver a campus-wide 1.2 MW rooftop solar program as part of its long-term sustainability and emissions-reduction strategy. Acting as EPC, Ecologiq designed, engineered and delivered solar installations across multiple buildings with differing structures, roof geometries, access conditions and electrical configurations.
Our team resolved complex engineering challenges across the campus, including communication limitations, inverter placement constraints and strict distributor compliance, while optimising roof use to maximise capacity with minimal footprint. Construction was carefully staged to avoid disruption to campus operations, achieving zero harm and full compliance within the required timeline. Through integrated engineering, procurement and delivery, the University received a resilient, high-performance solar system that supports long-term sustainability and reduces operational costs.
