01/ Capital Purchase (CAPEX)
Own your asset. Maximise long-term value.

You invest upfront and retain full ownership of the system. This option provides the greatest lifetime return and access to all available rebates and tax benefits. .

Ideal for: Government bodies, councils, and organisations with stable long-term site ownership.

Advantages:

Consideration: Requires higher upfront capital.

Under a PPA, a third party owns and operates the system on your site. You simply buy the generated electricity at a fixed rate, typically lower than your grid tariff — with no capital expense. .

Ideal for: Large C&I and government clients seeking zero upfront cost and performance assurance.

Advantages:

Consideration: Long-term contract commitment; no asset ownership until buyout

A third party finances the system, and you lease it for a fixed monthly amount. Ownership may transfer to you at the end of the term, depending on agreement structure. .

Ideal for: Medium-sized enterprises and institutions preferring OPEX over CAPEX.

Advantages:

Consideration: Higher long-term cost compared to CAPEX; limited mid-term flexibility.
