Explore Finance Options
Whether your organisation values ownership, flexibility, or low-risk savings, our finance partners enable scalable solar and battery adoption across CAPEX, Chattel Mortgage, Lease and PPA models.
01/ Capital Purchase (CAPEX) Own your asset. Maximise long-term value.
You invest upfront and retain full ownership of the system. This option provides the greatest lifetime return and access to all available rebates and tax benefits.
.
Ideal for: Government bodies, councils, and organisations with stable long-term site ownership.
Advantages:
- 100% asset control and ownership
- Maximum ROI and lifetime savings
- Full access to STCs, VEECs, and tax depreciation
Consideration: Requires higher upfront capital.
02/ Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Pay only for the power you use.
Under a PPA, a third party owns and operates the system on your site. You simply buy the generated electricity at a fixed rate, typically lower than your grid tariff — with no capital expense.
.
Ideal for: Large C&I and government clients seeking zero upfront cost and performance assurance.
Advantages:
- No upfront investment
- Guaranteed system performance and maintenance
- Immediate savings from day one
- Energy price stability for 10–25 years
Consideration: Long-term contract commitment; no asset ownership until buyout
03/ Operating Lease Predictable costs. No capital burden.
A third party finances the system, and you lease it for a fixed monthly amount. Ownership may transfer to you at the end of the term, depending on agreement structure.
.
Ideal for: Medium-sized enterprises and institutions preferring OPEX over CAPEX.
Advantages:
- Zero upfront capital required
- Fixed, predictable monthly costs
- May include O&M services under full-service lease
- Simplifies budgeting and cashflow
Consideration: Higher long-term cost compared to CAPEX; limited mid-term flexibility.
