Global Medical Solutions Australia
GMS Australia’s Wetherill Park facility is a high-throughput industrial site with substantial electrical demand and a large, complex roof structure. Ecologiq was engaged to undertake a full engineering assessment to prepare the facility for commercial solar installation. The warehouse presented unique challenges including long-span steel trusses, dynamic wind zones and operational constraints linked to manufacturing machinery and logistics activity.
Electrical assessments addressed ageing main switchboards, high operational loads, restricted cable pathways and integration requirements for export-limited scenarios. The resulting certified engineering package provided GMS Australia with a clear roadmap for safe installation, compliance with Australian Standards and DNSP requirements.
